Glass cutlery rests

Found in all the finest French restaurants or stately homes - to save the linen table cloth from getting dirty, the cutlery would rest on this very smart holder.
 
This is not an original set, but one that we put together ourselves from a mix of glass rests, all with a flower shaped end.
