Shipping

​​* NZ-wide free shipping applies to mainland New Zealand only and rural addresses will have an additional surcharge. We do not ship to any off shore island such as Waiheke or Kawau etc.

Free shipping of large furniture items (such as armoires, sideboards, coffres and dining tables).

Our free shipping includes standard freight only, if you wish to upgrade to 'over threshold' delivery please contact us for an individual quote.

Shipping excludes any insurance and is shipped at the owners risk. We strongly recommend insuring your item(s).. Once the item has been collected from All Things French, it is no longer our responsibility.

 

​Delivery is estimated to take up to 10 working days, as it is dependent on the schedule of the freight company.  All pickups are usually made on a Thursday or Friday.

Large decor items

For larger decor items such as chairs, we use standard freight. All pickups are generally made on a Thursday or Friday.

​

Purchasers are welcome to organise their own shipping, and a time suitable to both the shipper and All Things French must be organised by you.

 

We recommend you also include insurance for more expensive items.

Small items

We use NZ Post for our smaller items and will have the item ready for pick up within 48 hours of order.  Delivery is usually made within 5 working days from pick up. Please note, delivery times can vary depending and are dependent on the providers delivery systems.

 

A signature will be required and delivery is only to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. Please provide 'authority to leave' in the Notes section of the checkout if applicable.

Collection

Our warehouse is located in Three Parks, Wanaka, therefore collection by those in the region may be arranged during our contact hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm).
