Shipping
​​* NZ-wide free shipping applies to mainland New Zealand only and rural addresses will have an additional surcharge. We do not ship to any off shore island such as Waiheke or Kawau etc. Free shipping is not available to The Bespoke Collection range.

Shipping of large furniture items (such as armoires, sideboards, coffres and dining tables).
To keep our larger items of furniture safe, particularly as they are antique as well as heavy we send these items by 'over the threshold' delivery rather than standard freight. This is where each item is placed inside a cage for extra protection whilst being transported and is also delivered inside the purchasers premises.

Shipping excludes any insurance and is shipped at the owners risk. We strongly recommend insuring your item(s).. Once the item has been collected from All Things French, it is no longer our responsibility.
​Delivery is estimated to take up to 10 working days, as it is dependent on the schedule of the freight company. All pickups are usually made on a Thursday or Friday.

The Bespoke Collection is NOT included in the free-shipping offer on furniture as it comes direct from the furniture maker.

Other furniture or large decor items
For other furniture or larger decor items we use standard freight. All pickups are generally made on a Thursday or Friday.

Purchasers are welcome to organise their own shipping, and a time suitable to both the shipper and All Things French must be organised by you.
We recommend you also include insurance for more expensive items.

Small items
We use NZ Post for our smaller items and will have the item ready for pick up within 48 hours of order. Delivery is usually made within 5 working days from pick up. Please note, delivery times can vary depending and are dependent on the providers delivery systems.
A signature will be required and delivery is only to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. Please provide 'authority to leave' in the Notes section of the checkout if applicable.

Collection
Our warehouse is located in Three Parks, Wanaka, therefore collection by those in the region may be arranged during our contact hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm).
