Terms & conditions of sale

​​* NZ-wide free shipping applies to mainland New Zealand only and rural addresses will have an additional surcharge. We do not ship to any off shore island such as Waiheke or Kawau etc.

 

All of our vintage furniture and homewares have a natural patina which can only come from age. We feel this gives our items great charm and character. 

​

When you purchase any of our beautiful items, some may show more signs of age than others so please choose carefully as no refunds will be given.  It is important to note that our items are not new. All furniture and wooden items have been fumigated.

​

Unless stated otherwise, it is assumed that all items are of French origin, as they were purchased in France. Any information about our products come from our sellers or the same/equivalent item found elsewhere.

​

Please do not hesitate in asking us any questions or to request further photos if you are interested in a particular item.

​

All items include GST of 15% and are in $NZ. We do not accept AMEX.

REFUNDS & FAULTY GOODS

Please choose your items carefully as there are no refunds.

 

If any items purchased are deemed as faulty, All Things French must be notified within 7 days of the item being delivered. All Things French will then find a solution under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

Shipping costs for returned faulty goods will not be refunded. and costs for returning your items is the purchasers responsibility. We recommend insuring or tracking your returned item.
